2006 Resolutions
Jan. 5th, 2006 04:15 pmI gave into an annual weakness and decided to "reform" myself for 2006. After considering this topic in my private journal, I've decided that my goals for 2006 are to lose 15 lbs, and become physically, spiritually, mentally, and creatively TRIM, BALANCED, and HAPPY (Funny how my goals are anchored on my desire to loose 15 lbs). I hope to achieve these goals with a variety of activities.
PHYSICAL FITNESS requires diet, jogging, walking, and abstaining from scotch on weekdays (except Friday).
SPIRITUAL FITNESS requires meditation 10 -30 minutes daily, and self-awareness during work day interactions with people.
MENTAL FITNESS requires journaling 2 pages daily, and making reflective entries into my daily work planner.
CREATIVE FITNESS requires reading daily, blog entries once a week, and photography.
I figure if I can do these things I'll be TRIM, BALANCED, and HAPPY (and 15 pounds lighter)
