This one was difficult for me, Tony. I only had one sister. She's been gone from this world twice as long as Debbie has. Seeing sisters who are women I know, love, respect, admire (and did I mention LOVE) is just difficult. July 29th sounds like it was pure gold. You California folks have a good thing going on. If Chicago weren't so great, I'd be jealous.
In my dreams, someday, the 7 remaining Greaney girls come back to Chicago, just like they did for my wedding, and we have a great day like these sisters had this year for Beth's 50th.
Or maybe in my dreams, it's all of them PLUS Christy, Alicia, Prisa, Brigid, Maria and all the other fabulous cousin-troupe that I married into. I'm kinda the link between these two groups but I don't fit properly into either ~ yet I get to be part of both groups anyway. Thanks for letting me in. Your blogs make me cry.
